Parker Pinkalla is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Tailwind Investment Group. He is responsible for TIG’s portfolio strategy, oversight of the firm’s acquisitions division and is actively involved in managing and procuring joint venture equity partnerships. He has been actively involved in Multifamily Investment for that last 15 years. His key accomplishment is being a major contributor to growing an institutionally backed multifamily portfolio from 12,000 to 40,000 units and becoming one of the Top 20 largest owners in the US. He has been an active investor in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Hawaii, Idaho, and Colorado. Since 2011, he has been responsible for sourcing and closing over 16,000 units totaling over $2.5B in total capitalization, as well as been involved in development and entitlement of 5 ground up projects in Southern California. He has held roles at FPA Multifamily (Senior VP), Fairfield Residential, and BRE Commercial. Mr. Pinkalla received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and is currently a member of National Multifamily Housing Council – Emerging Leaders. He is also an active member on the board at the Environmental Nature Center.
