Fernando Perez is Vice President of Portfolio Management at Tailwind Investment Group, where he oversees portfolio strategy, execution of business plans, and supports acquisitions through due diligence, financing, and closing. He began his career at Goldman Sachs researching REITs before joining Bridge Investment Group, where he gained multifamily acquisitions and asset management experience. Fernando later brought his institutional expertise to entrepreneurial real estate groups in Southern California, building out asset management and acquisitions platforms and processes. Over his career, he has been involved in more than 25 transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume. He holds a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration & Management from Brigham Young University.
